How to keep active as the weather cools and COVID-19 cases rise

It’s starting to get cold in Minnesota, and soon we'll have to change the ways we stay active. 

A kinesiology professor joined host Angela Davis to talk about why it’s important to get outside, some new hobbies to try and how to keep motivated when temperatures drop. 

They were also joined by Sharon Stiteler, also known as the “Birdchick,” to talk about one popular winter activity Minnesotans can try this year. 

And Catharine Richert, a senior reporter for MPR News based in Rochester, Minn., joined the show to talk about her latest reporting on the coronavirus pandemic and the recent surge in cases.
