It’s a good weekend to catch a play at the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory.

Jack Reuler joins Angela Davis to talk about the Twin Cities theater scene. Reuler, who founded Mixed Blood Theatre in Cedar Riverside in Minneapolis in 1976, is retiring.

He is directing his final play, “Animate,” which opens Friday at the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory.
