Former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was in federal court Wednesday morning for a half-hour hearing in which he pleaded guilty to violating George Floyd's civil rights. Chauvin is already serving a Minnesota state sentence of 22 1/2 years for the murder of Floyd. Chauvin was also indicted on an separate incident.
