Wednesday morning, police killed a man in downtown Minneapolis while serving warrants related to a St. Paul homicide. Minneapolis SWAT officers shot the man after encountering him with a handgun in an apartment at Bolero Flats near Orchestra Hall, said the city’s interim police Chief Amelia Huffman.
