The Hmong Cultural Center in St. Paul is has reopened. Just as the center was about to debut its expanded museum in 2020, racially-motivated vandalism delayed its start.
Txongpao Lee is the Hmong Cultural Center’s director. He says the center is back stronger than ever and joins host Cathy Wurzer to talk about the latest updates.
