They’re all lesser-known communities here in the United States—but they’ve made big impacts on mainstream culture.

A new YouTube series takes a peek inside these communities to see what the rest of us can learn from them. Subcultured is produced by Twin Cities PBS for PBS Digital Studios – and host and producer Josef Lorenzo is a Minnesotan who grew up in Brooklyn Park.
