Fair offers opportunity to kick the tires on fresh crop of electric vehicles

Just past the 4-H building at the Minnesota State Fair, there’s a fresh crop — of vehicles. This year, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Xcel Energy are displaying the latest electric vehicles, from the Ford F150 Lightning and Mustang Mach-E to the now-ubiquitous Tesla. And they’re not behind velvet ropes. Fairgoers are encouraged to get behind the wheel, look under the hood, and kick the tires — and that’s just what Climate Cast did this week.
