Adair Mosley has bold ideas for how to bring about racial equity in Minnesota.

Mosley is now the CEO at the African American Leadership Forum, a Black-led group formed in 2006 to close the gaps of racial disparities in Minnesota. He previously served as president and CEO at Pillsbury United Communities.

MPR News host Angela Davis talked with Adair Mosley about his work in the community, why humility is central to leadership and what he hopes to do in his new job.
