Second man indicted in ‘Oz’ ruby slippers’ theft. Walz to release supplemental budget

A federal grand jury has indicted a second Minnesota man in connection with the theft of a pair of ruby slippers from the movie “The Wizard of Oz.”

Police are investigating an incident at a Bloomington mosque where shots were fired in the parking lot on Saturday night. No injuries were reported. According to police, gun shell casings were found at the parking lot of Dar al-Farooq Center after a verbal altercation in a bathroom.

And Gov. Tim Walz is set to release his supplemental budget this week.
