forcibly arrested a Somali American U.S. citizen

 in Minneapolis for no apparent reason other than his ethnicity. Authorities held the man for two hours even as he tried to show them his passport.

The 20-year-old stepped outside during his lunch break Tuesday, but quickly ducked into a Cedar-Riverside restaurant when he spotted masked men in police vests. They chased him inside, handcuffed him, dragged him across the street and pushed him down in the snow, before putting him into an unmarked SUV.
