Baldwin dive team dismissal challenged again

Former township supervisor Paul Vollkommer has filed a petition to have his case, which challenges Baldwin Township’s creation of a dive team, heard by the Minnesota Supreme Court. This follows last month’s appeals court decision to uphold a lower court decision to dismiss the case.
