Metrodome roof replacement about 80 percent done

About 80 percent of the new roof being installed on the Metrodome in Minneapolis is in place. The new roof was needed after the old one collapsed under the weight of snow during a blizzard last December. MPR's Jim Bickal went inside the stadium earlier this week and got an update on the project.

Vikings propose more user fees to pay for stadium roads

The Minnesota Vikings have laid out a plan to close the gap between what they've already offered to build a new football stadium and what the state says it'll cost. The team said it's ready to meet the state halfway on the estimated $131 million it will cost to upgrade the roads around the stadium they want to build in Arden Hills.
