Summer Part Deux
I woke up today and the weather map looked like June.
A front divides Minnesota today. Northwest it feels like fall, southeast like summer. Sunshine and temps near 80 will be the rule in the metro today.
Thunderstorms will fire along and near the front later tonight, and there is a risk of a few severe storms late tonight and tomorrow.
The synoptic pattern then favors a return to summer Saturday, with warm and more humid air pushing temps into the mid-80's in the metro, and even a shot at 90 in southern Minnesota.
