The Current's Mary Lucia talks to Twin Cities filmmaker Melody Gilbert about her documentary "Urban Explorers: Into the Darkness."
The film follows a number of urban explorers, people who are drawn to the unseen or off-limits parts of human civilization.
Gilbert spent three years following urban explorers around the globe, from the catacombs in Paris to secret government sites in the United States.
