What may lie ahead in a statewide recount

The automatic statewide recount in Minnesota's unresolved U.S. Senate race is expected to get underway next Wednesday. During the recount, some ballots are likely to be challenged by one side or the other. He is the principal author of "The Recount Primer," and has been involved in more than 20 recounts during his career.
