Norm Coleman announced at a press conference on Tuesday that he is filing suit over the results of the recount in the U.S. Senate race. The recount numbers give his DFL opponent, Al Franken, a 225-vote lead.

Norm Coleman has filed a lawsuit contesting the results of the recount in the 2008 Senate election.

Larry Jacobs of the University of Minnesota's Center for the Study of Politics and Governance joins MPR's Gary Eichten to discuss legal issues in the case and how they could unfold.
