Heavy rain and snow from this morning's storm is adding more water and snow on top of already saturated soil, increasing concerns about spring flooding. Fargo Moorhead is preparing for possible record flooding on the Red River. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with reporter Dan Gunderson from our Moorhead bureau about the latest in flood preparation.
