Lawson Software says it's settling eight shareholder lawsuits filed in connection with the company's sale announced this past spring.
Details of the settlements were not disclosed, but some shareholders thought St. Paul-based Lawson should have sold for more than the $2 billion it got this past April from Golden Gate Capital and Infor, an Atlanta-based business-software company.
Lawson officials said the company has an agreement to settle two lawsuits filed in Delaware, and it now expects to settle six suits filed in Minnesota.
