Today's the day set by Gov. Mark Dayton for would-be hosts for a Vikings stadium to make their bids. The governor said he wants the best offers for NFL stadiums on his desk by the end of the day.
Shakopee handed in a surprise, last-minute bid last night. Minneapolis and Ramsey County are likely to hand in their paperwork this afternoon.
