Suspect charged in Wis. Planned Parenthood arson

A Wisconsin man faces federal charges after a bombing of a Planned Parenthood clinic in eastern Wisconsin.

The FBI says 50-year-old Francis Grady is charged with arson of a building used in interstate commerce and intentionally damaging a facility that provides reproductive health services.

Grady was arrested Monday evening. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance Wednesday.

Grady remains in custody, and it was unclear whether he had an attorney.

A homemade bomb exploded Sunday at the clinic in Grand Chute, damaging an exam room. No one was inside the clinic, which reopened Tuesday.

Police say a witness saw a white vehicle leaving the area after the explosion. Investigators believe the driver is the person seen on the clinic's security video.
