A 31-year-old man killed his wife and her brother with a sharp object during a domestic dispute, St. Paul police said Tuesday.
Panhia Yang, 27, and Kong Meng Lee, 18, were found fatally injured on Sunday afternoon at an apartment building in the 500-block of North Victoria Street. Yang's husband, Chue Lor, was also found dead, but police said the cause and manner of his death have not been determined.
Police said no other information is expected on the incident until toxicology tests are completed.
