St. Paul police have made an arrest in a hit-and-run that left two people in critical condition last weekend.
Two University of St. Thomas students were reportedly getting out of a cab early Sunday morning in the 1900 block of Grand Avenue. A man and a woman, both 22, were struck by a car that fled without stopping.
Police found what they believed to be the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run later in the day, a little over a mile away from the scene. Investigators said it had damage consistent with the crash on Grand Avenue.
Police say they've arrested a 40-year-old St. Paul woman in connection with the incident. They're also asking anyone with any more information to contact police. Authorities aren't releasing any further information about the condition of the two students.
