Minnesota's sex offender program may be headed for a serious challenge in federal court.
A judge said yesterday that he could rule it unconstitutional in the next 30 days and said he may fast-track a class action suit against the program.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio news reporter Tim Nelson, who's been covering the issue in court.
