Victim in Bloomington shooting death identified

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has identifed a man shot Thursday night during an encounter with Bloomington police.
The report says 24-year-old Quincy Reindl, of Bloomington, died of multiple gunshot wounds. It says the manner of death is still under investigation. Authorities have not said who shot Reindl.
Reindl died just before 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of 99th Street West and Nesbitt Avenue South. Police responded to the area on a report of a suicidal male.
