Ramsey County prosecutors Thursday charged a second man in connection with the Earl Street Bridge shooting in St. Paul.
Dearies Calvin Collins, 21, faces second degree murder and assault charges in the Oct. 15 drive-by shooting.
The driver, Dametrius Moore, was charged in the same incident on Wednesday.
St. Paul Police say Emmett Lee Wilson-Shaw, 24, of St. Paul died of gunshot wounds to the back. According to court documents, Wilson-Shaw is said to have been a high-ranking member of the East Side Boys Gang.
Four people have been shot and killed in St. Paul this month. In Minneapolis there have been six homicides -- five by gun, and one the result of a stabbing.
