Chanida Phaengdara Potter, founding editor and publisher of Little Laos on the Prairie online magazine, spoke to MPR News host Tom Weber about changes to the Lao economy and the millions of U.S. dollars committed to help clear unexploded ordnance and cluster bombs. She also reflected on what it means to have the world's media spotlight focused on Laos.
