Minnesota U.S. Rep. Erik Paulsen, a Republican, wants to see the House pass the health care plan that members of his party unveiled this week.

Paulsen serves on the House Ways and Means Committee, one of the panels that pushed it forward. He voted for the bill, but Democrats and even many his fellow Republicans don't like what they see.

He spoke with MPR's Cathy Wurzer.
