Forecast models favor another round of heavy to severe thunderstorms late Wednesday through Wednesday night.
The Twin Cities NWS has issued a flash flood watch for Wednesday night until 7 am Thursday. The watch includes the Twin Cities and much of southern Minnesota.
Another 1 to 3 inches of rain is likely, with locally higher totals possible.
