Irons in the Fire describes themselves as a “wood fire scratch kitchen.” The Minneapolis-based catering company creates custom meals throughout Minnesota, and now into Wisconsin and Iowa.
“What I was interested in was doing something no one else was doing or trying to attempt,” said founder Bob Wood. “I was kind of feeling the confines of the kitchen. It wasn’t really an environment I wanted to be around. So I started looking elsewhere.”
