Our next rain waves rumble through Minnesota overnight Wednesday into Thursday. Another 1 to 3 inches of rain are likely across Minnesota by Thursday night. The ground across much of Minnesota is already saturated and just can’t hold much more rainfall.

A flash flood watch is up for much of southern Minnesota including the Twin Cities through Thursday night.
