40 years since Prince released his second album, ‘Prince’
Forty years ago on Saturday, Prince released his second album, simply titled “Prince.” He was just 21 at the time, and played all the instruments on the record. It featured several slow, sexy ballads and his first Top 40 hit, “I Wanna Be Your Lover.”
