Eastern Iowa and southern Wisconsin woke up to a snowy coating and some slick roads Tuesday morning.
Madison woke up to 3 inches.
Green Bay got 3.5 inches.

Halloween snow ahead
Another snow system is lining up for eastern Iowa, northwest Illinois, and Wisconsin. This one looks stronger. Parts of the region could see 6 to 12 inches by Halloween night.

Cold persists
High temperatures continue to struggle to reach the 30s to low 40s across most of Minnesota for the next week. Overnight lows fall well below the freezing point. It’s here folks.
