Arctic air has pushed south into the Upper Midwest once again. Yes, it’s still February in Minnesota. Wind chill temperatures remain in subzero territory across much of the Upper Midwest today.
Lows tonight dip into the single digits below zero in the Twin Cities and southern Minnesota. Lows in the -10s will be common up north.
Pacific breeze Friday
Temperatures begin to moderate Thursday afternoon. By Friday afternoon, a Pacific flow pattern pushes milder air across Minnesota and the Upper Midwest.
Highs will push 40 degrees across parts of the region from Friday through Monday.
