Cool mornings near 50 degrees at sunrise.
Balmy afternoon temperatures near 70 degrees.
No mosquitoes.

Bright sun, light winds. You can’t draw it up any better for the first weekend in May. In fact, you could make the case that the next week will bring some of the best weather of the year in Minnesota.

The upper air forecast charts suggest the season’s warmest air may arrive in the second week of May.
Some forecast models are cranking out highs well into the 70s, to possibly 80 degrees.
And, no mosquitoes — Yet.
