If you're looking for ways to get outside this weekend but need a little inspiration, here’s a tip: it’s not too early to go looking for wildflowers in Minnesota.
Longtime Morning Edition listeners will remember wildflower chasers Phyllis Root and Kelly Povo, who travel all over the state during the growing season, looking for what's in bloom. Earlier this week, they stopped at Nerstrand Big Woods State Park, near Faribault, Minn., and found too many signs of spring to count.
