The weeknd looks chilly and unsettled. There is a chance of occasional rain showers and some lingering snow showers across Minnesota from Friday through Sunday.

Strong warm front next week
A strong springtime warm front blows into Minnesota Monday. That may bring a few more scattered showers. It will also bring much warmer air, especially for southern Minnesota.
Highs in the 70s look increasingly likely by early next week.
The system is also likely to deliver widespread rainfall. Most of the early forecast models favor one to two inches of rain for most of Minnesota, with some locally heavier totals.
