A Rochester Post Bulletin investigation, led by reporter Nora Eckert, revealed the mistreatment of Minnesota inmates during the pandemic. These failures lead to the deaths of 12 inmates, including 64-year-old Victor Artola.
MPR News host Cathy Wurzer spoke with Eckert about what her investigation revealed regarding how the Minnesota Department of Corrections handled the COVID-19 pandemic.
