Rain outlook

Although the steadiest rains Sunday morning will stay in far southern Minnesota, northern Iowa and southern Wisconsin, some scattered showers and an isolated thunderstorm are possible elsewhere in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. That rain chance continues into the afternoon in most areas. An upper level disturbance is expected to spawn additional areas of showers and thunderstorms this evening and overnight in Minnesota, northern Iowa and parts of Wisconsin.
