Temperatures will be unusually chilly again today. Our average Nov. 13 Twin Cities high temp is 43 degrees. We’ll top out slightly above 30 Sunday afternoon.
Much of Minnesota will have Sunday highs in the 20s, with lower 30s in southeastern Minnesota and much of western Wisconsin:
Nearby high pressure will give us lighter winds today, with afternoon gusts under 12 mph in most areas:
Forecast gusts are in knots, with 10 knots equal to 11.5 mph. Gusts will be a bit over 12 mph at times in far western Minnesota.

When was our last snowy winter?
The new 30-year (1991-2020) average seasonal snowfall total for the Twin Cities is 51.2 inches.
Data from MSP airport shows that our last snow season that was substantially snowier than normal was the 2018-2019 snow season, when we tallied 77.1 inches of snow:
That was a strange snow season, with lower than normal monthly snow totals until we set a new Twin Cities February snowfall record with 39 inches!
