Our winds won’t be as strong as yesterday, but it will still be a bit breezy. Temperatures will be well below normal. 

Our average Twin Cities high temperature is 29 degrees this time of year. We won’t come close to that mark Thursday.

Monday highs will be in the teens in many locations, with lower 20s in the Twin Cities metro area and southeastern Minnesota:

Parts of far northwestern Minnesota will see highs in the single digits above zero.

Our weather will be quiet across most of Minnesota Thursday. Far southeastern Minnesota could see a light snow shower. Meanwhile, a low-pressure system will spread several inches of snow across much of Iowa, northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale (NAM) forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday:
