Saturday’s early morning temps are below zero across much of western Minnesota and parts of central Minnesota. A wind chill advisory continues until 10 a.m. in northwestern Minnesota and eastern North Dakota:
Wind chills may be as low as 35 below zero.
Light snow chance northeastern Minnesota
Parts of northeastern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin could see light snow showers at times this morning. Much of Minnesota will have a dry day.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale (NAM) forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.:

Cool temps
Our average Twin Cities high temperature is 32 degrees this time of year. The official Twin Cities high was just 11 degrees on Friday, but we could reach the upper 20s for our Saturday high.
Most of Minnesota plus western Wisconsin will have highs in the 20s Saturday afternoon, with teens in northwestern Minnesota and near the Canadian border:
