Early Saturday temps are in the single digits in western Minnesota, with a mix of single digits and lower teens in eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
Wind chill temperatures are below zero in all areas.
Saturday afternoon
The average Twin Cities high temperature is 43 degrees on March 18. Metro area highs will be in the mid-20s Saturday afternoon.
Western Minnesota will have Saturday highs in the teens, with 20s elsewhere.

Wind chill temps will still be below zero in western Minnesota at 1 p.m. and slightly above zero in much of the east:
Flake chances
Portions of eastern and southern Minnesota plus much of Wisconsin will see some flakes at times Saturday morning. Snow will continue near the south shore of Lake Superior into the afternoon.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale (NAM) forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday:
Just a dusting of snow is expected in most Minnesota locations, but several inches of snow are possible in parts of far northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan:
