Temperature trends
The Sunday high temperature at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was 81 degrees, which is 2 degrees shy of the average July 30 high temperature in the Twin Cities.
Much of Minnesota and western Minnesota saw Sunday highs in the 70s, with a few spots in southern and west-central Minnesota reaching the lower 80s.
Monday high temps will be mainly in the 80s:

There could be a few 70s in far northeastern Minnesota.
Tuesday highs will also be in the 80s:

Twin Cities metro area highs are projected to reach the upper 80s on Tuesday, then around 90 Wednesday followed by lower 90s Thursday and mid 80s on Friday.
Rain chances are limited
Most of Minnesota and western Wisconsin will have a dry Monday. Southwestern Minnesota could see a few scattered showers and thunderstorms.

One forecast model shows a chance of showers and thunderstorms in western Minnesota Tuesday afternoon, with that rain chance expanding eastward Tuesday night.

The Phoenix high temperature has been 110 degrees or warmer every day this July and also on the final day of June. That puts this 110 degree or warmer stretch at 31 days:
The Phoenix high temp reached at least 111 degrees Sunday afternoon.
Phoenix has tallied 17 days with a high temp of 115 degrees or warmer this month, including 3 days with a high temp of 119 degrees.
Phoenix has reported low temperatures in the 90s on 19 of the past 21 days.
