The Saturday high temperature at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was 54 degrees. That was 34 degrees cooler than the 88-degree high temperature in the Twin Cities last Saturday. The average Twin Cities high temp is 63 degrees this time of year.
Chilly temperatures will stay with us for several more days.

Low temperatures early Sunday morning are expected to reach the 30s in northern Minnesota and parts of central Minnesota, with lower 40s in most of the Twin Cities metro area plus southern Minnesota.

Sunday high temps will be mainly in the 50s, with 40s in parts of northeastern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin:

Many areas will see frost Monday morning and freezing temps are possible in northeastern Minnesota. A freeze watch has been issued for northeastern Minnesota from late Sunday night until 9 a.m. Monday:
Monday highs will be mainly in the 50s, with some 40s in far northern Minnesota:
Twin Cities metro area highs are projected to reach the mid 50s on Tuesday, followed by upper 50s Wednesday then mid 50s Thursday and lower 50s on Friday.
Rain chances
Parts of northeastern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin could see scattered showers at times Saturday evening and overnight Saturday night. A few spotty sprinkles are possible elsewhere in Minnesota and west-central Wisconsin.
A few scattered showers are possible in northeastern and western Wisconsin on Sunday, with an isolated shower chance in the remainder of eastern Minnesota.
