Temps will be warmer today, but winds will be gusty by afternoon.
The average Twin Cities high temperature is 47 degrees on Nov. 5. Sunday afternoon highs are expected to reach the upper 50s in the Twin Cities metro area.
Sunday highs will be in the 40s for most of the northern half of Minnesota, with mainly 50s for the rest of Minnesota plus western Wisconsin. Parts of southwestern Minnesota and south-central Minnesota will reach the 60s:
An approaching low pressure system will bring wind gusts over 20 mph to central and southern Minnesota Sunday afternoon and evening:

Freezing rain chance northwestern Minnesota
Light freezing rain will affect portions of far northwestern Minnesota and northeastern North Dakota Sunday morning. A winter weather advisory continues in the blue-shaded counties until noon Sunday:

Rain chances
An upper level disturbance is headed our way. It’ll combine with the approaching low pressure system to spread rain across much of the northern half of Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin Sunday afternoon into Sunday evening. Parts of far northern Minnesota could see a rain/snow mix this morning and later tonight.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Finite Volume Cubed Sphere (FV3) forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern from noon Sunday to 11 p.m. Sunday:
NOAA’s North American Mesoscale model shows a similar precipitation pattern:
A few spots in the southern half of Minnesota and west-central Wisconsin could see a brief sprinkle Sunday afternoon, followed by a chance of rain showers Sunday evening.
