Child dies after being hit by city truck in Moorhead

A City of Moorhead public works vehicle struck a 9-year-old boy on a bicycle in the crosswalk at 40th Avenue South and 14th Street South on Thursday. The boy died from his injuries. The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating.
