This week, the Minnesota Department of Human Services awarded a grant to a Twin Cities-based physical medicine provider as a means to doing just that.
Plymouth-based Fulcrum Health will operate a mobile clinic beginning fall 2025 in Anoka, Hennepin and Ramsey Counties.
