Meet some of the immigrant-owned businesses bringing global flavors to Richfield

Miguel Hernandez Jr. (center) with his father, Miguel Hernandez Sr. (left) and mother, Rosa Zambrano inside El Tejaban Mexican Grill in Richfield. Hernandez Sr. and Zambrano both immigrated to the U.S. from Mexico and opened their first restaurant in 2008. Hernandez Jr. now runs a pop-up burrito shop inside his parent's restaurant.
