The FBI will not give Minnesota investigators access to evidence gathered from the scene of the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension had previously been shut out of the investigation but formally requested access to materials from Pretti’s shooting, as well as the fatal shooting of Renee Macklin Good and Julio Sosa-Celis.
