The Department of Homeland Security isn't commenting on allegations contained in 

 that federal undercover agents spied on Minnesota activists, labor unions and churches involved in anti-ICE activities during Operation Metro Surge. 

Court documents were filed Thursday connected to 15 people indicted and accused of conspiracy to impede or injure federal officers. The documents detail how federal agents infiltrated groups, obtained financial records of labor unions and nonprofits and compiled dossiers on people who attended organizing meetings during the immigration crackdown.
